As a company we are keen for employees to experience as many sides of our business as possible and regularly utilise team members for vessel mobilisations, demobilisations and inspection work. We like our team to see projects through from start to finish. As an example, we encourage our Engineering Team to visit fabrication facilities to see our rental equipment being built and then allow them to gain further experience by working alongside the Project Engineers to install the completed structure on the vessel.
It is not all work though, with an active social calendar employees are invited to various events throughout the year. A day at the races, watching a local football team, client events, industry exhibitions or something as simple as lunch at the local. We believe internal relationships are just as important as external ones and we have worked hard to instil a sense of shared responsibility for the environment in which we work.
